Ingredients
1 medium onion (finely grated or thinly sliced)
1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
2–3 garlic cloves (minced or grated)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3–4 tablespoons raw honey
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients
Grate the ginger and onion. Mince or grate the garlic cloves.
Combine
In a clean bowl, mix the grated onion, ginger, and garlic together.
Add Lemon & Honey
Pour in the fresh lemon juice and add the honey. Stir well until everything is evenly combined.
Rest
Transfer the mixture to a clean glass jar with a lid.
Let it sit for 4–6 hours (or overnight) at room temperature to release the natural juices.
Store
Keep refrigerated for up to 3–4 days.
How to Use
Take 1 teaspoon once or twice daily, especially during cold season.
Tip: You can strain the mixture and use only the liquid if you prefer a smoother texture.
