Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil (or any oil)
- ¾ cup warm water
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl combine flour, salt, and baking powder. - Add liquids
Add olive oil and warm water. Mix until a soft dough forms. - Knead briefly
Knead the dough for about 2–3 minutes until smooth. - Divide the dough
Split into 6–8 small balls. - Roll out
Roll each ball into a small round flatbread. - Cook
Heat a skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
Cook each flatbread 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown spots appear.
Optional
- Brush with butter or garlic butter after cooking.
- Sprinkle herbs or sesame seeds for extra flavor.
- Soft, fluffy flatbread ready in about 10 minutes.
