Taco Spaghetti
Ingredients:
– 8 oz spaghetti (or your favorite pasta)
– 1 lb ground beef (or turkey/chicken)
– 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade)
– 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes (undrained)
– 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
– 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles (optional, for heat)
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)
– ½ cup sour cream
– ½ cup water (or beef broth)
– ½ cup diced onion
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– Salt & pepper to taste
– **Toppings (optional):**
– Sliced jalapeños
– Fresh cilantro
– Diced avocado
– Sliced black olives
– Extra cheese & sour cream

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta: Boil spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Brown the meat: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add taco flavors: Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, green chiles, and water. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
